Human Resources Generalist

​Responsibility

Human Resources Generalist is sought to recruit, interview & facilitate the hiring. Process new hires, benefits orientations, terminations & payroll, ensuring compliance with applicable law. Administer compensation, performance reviews, & goal-setting programs. Implement & coordinate HR strategy for International Functions in conjunction with Chinese headquarters.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Development is required.
