Counselor Team Manager
Study business data for recommendations for new training, procedures, or policy changes of the academic counselor team. Direct and coordinate activities of the academic counselor team. Lead the establishment of the U.S. college admission consulting to international students. Analyze financial data to evaluate the operation expenses of the team. Prepare team members with work schedules and assign specific duties. Confer frequently with the management teams of both the U.S Co. and parent Co. to ensure that the proposed changes are made in accordance with market trends for similar companies in the industry in U.S. and abroad.
Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Humanities is required.
